Helping You Have Successful Events Since 2011

Events You Want is a Toronto-based event rental and event services company dedicated to helping you have successful events.

Since 2011, we have helped businesses, community organizations, schools, event organizers, families, couples and friends host their events with quality, well-maintained rentals backed by friendly, knowledgeable and reliable service.

Whether you are organizing a corporate event, employee celebration, marketing activation, fundraiser, indoor or outdoor market, community event, wedding, private celebration or another important event, we can provide quality event rentals along with additional event services when you need them.

The pricing on our website is for one day of use of the rentals with delivery being available the afternoon of the day before your event and the pick up the morning after your event. When available and wanted by the client we can also deliver and pick up the rentals on the same day as your event. If you would like to use the event rentals for a multiple day event please contact us for a quote on the additional time out fee

As a smaller event rental company, our inventory is limited, particularly for larger orders and during busy periods. We encourage you to contact us and reserve early whenever possible so we have the best opportunity to accommodate your rental needs.

If you are looking to keep costs down and simply need quality event rentals, we are happy to provide just that. We offer convenient delivery and pickup for an additional cost on top of rental price, or depending on the items and order, other arrangements may be available.

You can choose the rentals and additional services that make sense for your event, your budget and the amount of work you want to handle yourself.

Our extensive rental inventory includes tents, tables, chairs, tablecloths, pipe and drape, red carpets, stanchions, audiovisual equipment, portable bars, glassware, patio heaters, coat racks, and much more.

We take pride in providing clean, well-maintained event equipment that you can feel confident using for your employees, clients, guests and community.

Delivery and pickup are available with combined delivery and pickup rates starting at $125 in addition to the rental charges.

Sometimes all you need are the rentals. We are happy to provide them.

Other times, you may want someone to take more off your plate.

In addition to event rentals, delivery and pickup, Events You Want can provide event setup and teardown, day-of-event support, event planning assistance, help finding an event venue and catering services.

You decide how much help you want from us. We can simply supply the rentals, or we can become more involved in helping you bring your event together.

Compared to other event rental companies Events You Want doesn't have a minimum for delivery which was great because we only needed a few things and didn't have access to a truck to pick them up.

No we do not just offer party rentals. We provide rentals for many different events including: Corporate Meetings, Corporate Barbeques, Outdoor Community Events, Outdoor Festivals, Trade Shows, Showroom Rentals and more.

Yes we can deliver and pick up all of the rentals we offer for a fee on top of the rental price. The fee depends on location and specifics of the rental delivery such as if there is a loading area, elevator required to be taken, stairs involved in the delivery and window of time available for the delivery and pick up.

Yes. In addition to delivery and pick up, we can also set up and tear down tables, chairs, tents and other rentals for an extra charge. Tell us what you need and we will include setup and tear-down in your quote.

You should start booking your order as soon as you have a date secured or even if you have a possibility of two dates let us know. The further ahead you book the greater the chance we can meet your scheduling needs and have the items available for you. Historically June, September, November and December are our busiest months and we would appreciate it if you order as soon as possible for these months as we would love your business and hate to say we can’t fit you in. Sometimes we can take care of orders that are last minute however about 4 weeks notice prior to your event is really appreciated and 2weeks or so notice is also appreciated.
